My husband makes these and they are scrumptious. Sour cream & crumbled bacon on top! Fabulous as a side dish with just about any meat or fish.

Hello John, your recipes have never let me down. Todays Smashed Potatoes are another reason you rock. Your crème brûlée is still the greatest thing out there in the www and beyond. My 21 hens are laying 21 eggs a day and make for the best crème brûlée ever. Today’s accompanying treat to my homemade Creamy Ham and Potato Soup as it’s -7 here is Snowy Utah, is your recipe of “Smashed Yukon Potatoes “. Wow wow wow. My wife, kids and family just love it. Once again you are the best out there and I thank you.

I worked at a place that made smashed large potatoes with many toppings like chicken, ham, beef, broccoli, corn, carrots, onions, cheese, chili and sauces with sour cream!!! So good I ate them lots!! Gonna have to make 'em!!!

This looks great, I'll definitely be trying it. Air fryer recipes would be wonderful! I'd also love it if you were ever in the mood to show us some savory cheesecake recipes. There was a local place that made some awesome crustless ones but they unfortunately shut down during the pandemic and I've had a craving.

I have made the smashed potatoes with garlic, venkel peper salt and a little bit of basilicum . Put in flower than deepfry it . And when its done put some cheese sauce on it . Delicioussssss !! Mmmmmm
