Im really happy that you’ve made this video. When I was younger my parents would buy me a similar type of coffee cake from a bakery for my birthday and it was my all time favorite. I would always ask for it to be my birthday cake, sometimes for my siblings too since their birthdays come before mine, but there were times they wouldn’t get it because I was around 4-8 years old and always on a caffeine high after eating it.The bakery stopped making it around the time I turned 9 or 10 and I was pretty sad. Now that I’m older and have some experience making other cakes for family and friends I’m for sure going to make this for myself or wait till when my birthday comes.

I made this. It came our great. Cake is not dry. Both cream and cake has little bitter coffee taste. It tastes amazing. But when you whip the egg whites they should not be cold but room remperature or it will not work.

the cake was easy to make but the last part with the cream o-o... i didn't have heavy cream so I used whipping cream but it turned out too much liquid.. :| anyway i just put it in the fridge like mentioned in the vid' and tbh it was really good ! It's easy to make if you have everything!! Even my mom liked it 😋♡
