Besan - 120g / 1 cup
Pani - 1 cup minus 1 tbsp ( 210-215g)
Food Color Kesar - optional 2 pinch
Ghee - fry karne ke lie
Cheeni - 185g (1 cup se kam)
Pani - 140g (1/2 cup se jyada)
Rose Water - 1/2 tsp
