KADAI VEG RECIPE ONION-TOMATO GRAVY 2 tbsp oil 2 Onion (cut fine) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 2 Tomato (cut fine) Salt Fry all for 5-6 mins MASALA 1 tbsp dhanya 1 tsp till 1 big elaichi 1 small elaichi 1/2 tbsp jeera 1 inch daalchini 1 tbsp red chilli powder/7 red chillies Roast all for 2-3 mins on low flame in a thick kadai & then grind it once it cools down Oil Carrot Potato Fry both for 2 mins Flower & beans Again fry for 2 mins Add capsicum & the masala prepared Roast all on high flame for 2 mins (1/2 to 1 tbsp Besan is optional to make the gravy thick) Add 1 glass water 1 tbsp dhaniya Add the onion-tomato gravy Mix all & fry for 3-4 mins 1 tsp kasuri methi 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp cream/malai Roast all for 2 mins

Turned out to be a super bomb recipe! Made this for wife's birthday! I had a few minor modifications of my own. Used Mixed Vegetable ( green beans + carrots + corns ) + Potato + cauliflower + Big Jalapenos ( after removing seed ). I didn't have heavy cream handy, so I used yogurt instead. For Masala ( I made the same masala suggested in video + added 1 tsp Malvani Masala + 1 tsp magic masala + 1.5 tbsp Chilli powder + 1 tsp Kashmiri chili) ( We like spicy food ).

I tried this kadai veg recipe and it came out delicious 😋. Everyone in the home liked and enjoyed having it with chapatis 👍👍👍👍. Instead of gobi I used sweet corn and added little channa and corn flour to make more gravy. Thanks for the video!👍

Yaman, I made the dish last night and it was really tasty 😋 I was absolutely surprised 😱 because I didn’t have some of the ingredients and I thought it was going to be a flop show, and in fact my son even told me, before trying it out, that I’d already made this and not to try it out once more, but he sure changed his opinion once he had it, oh, it was 👏
