2 kg mango
.100 gm moti Saunf
.50 mustard seed
.20 gm methi dana
.20 gm carom seeds
3 tbsp salt
1 spoon kalonji
1/4 tsp asafoetida
3 tbsp degi mirch powder
1 spoon turmeric powder
.400 ml mustard oil

Although this recipe turns out to be very tasty but in authentic Punjabi achar we use saunf,meti ,kalonji, namak, Lal mirch ,haldi and Samson oil and no mustard seeds or Ajwain
