सालों चलने वाला हरी मिर्च का अचार | Chilli Pickle Recipe | Hari Mirch Ka Achar | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
.500 gm green chilli
1/2 cup lemon juice
4-5 tbsp salt
.100 gm garlic
.50 gm ginger
1.5 tbsp kashmiri mirch powder
4 spoon saunf
1 spoon yellow mustard
2 tbsp
1 spoon cumin seeds
1 spoon coriander seeds
.300 ml mustard oil
1 pinch asafoetida

I make Mirchi achaar, jo Meri Maa ko banate dekha tha.. 55 saal pehle, sab ko atchha lagta hai.., kabhi bachaya nahin.. India n Australia, dono jagah me.. I can't tolerate Spicy but I prepare n My family n friends enjoy..
