2 kg Dhaba Style Chicken Masala Recipe | चिकन मसाला रेसिपी | Special Chicken Masala | Chicken Curry | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
2 kg chicken
2 spoon salt
2 spoon vinegar
1.5 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
2 tbsp curd
whole spices
.600 gm onion
.400 gm tomato
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chop green chilli
chop coriander
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
.100 ml oil
