ingredients:-
.100 gm soya chunks
1/2 green capsicum
1/2 yellow capsicum
1 onion
3 green chilli
4 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1 tsp chop garlic
1 tsp chop ginger
2 tsp chilli paste/sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp aromate powder
spring onion

Cooking in Canola Oil is OK as long as the oil is correctly heated, u will see when the first soy sizzles in the oil. Lard is the one to watch out for.

Hey chef thanks for this recipe tried it and loved it. Can you make a series for healthy high protein recipes for gymrats like me like awesome tastes but no oil or less oil recipes of chicken breast, soya chunks, paneer and stuff. if I want to make the same recipe without frying soyabean how do I do it? I don't have a air fryer. btw love your content, I always try to make new recipes on every Saturday and Sunday.
