150ml Milk (5.1 fl oz)
60g Crab Meat, boiled (2 oz)
1.5g Salt (0.05 oz)
White Pepper

1/2 Egg, large-size
Panko, finely ground type, Japanese breadcrumbs

Lettuce Leaves
