The sliders look amazing! How to add yeast if we are using active dry yeast? Shud we proof it before adding to the flour?

In this recipe I’ve used instant yeast but you can proof yeast + water + sugar then add in flour, or you can just add directly into flour.

Buns ki shape deny k bad usy rest dy jb tk size ma double na ho jay (dough b medium soft banay) oven ko achy sy preheat kry phir buns bake kry. Temperature zyada hony sy kuch nahi hota bs rest achy sy thy oven preheat kry.

Winter ma overnight rakh skty hn dough lakn jb rise ho jy to fridge ma save krna ha aur next day dough ko room temperature pe la k phir use krna ha lakn best result k liye same day bna k hi use kry. Buns bna k kisi airtight plastic bag ma save kry, same wesy jesy bazar sy bread pack ki hui milti ha.
