Super Moist Vanilla Cupcakes | No Egg No Milk No Butter Cake.
Eggless Vanilla Cupcakes.
Cupcake without egg / Cupcake without Milk / Cupcake without Butter.
These SIMPLE VEGAN VANILLA CUPCAKES are super moist and so easy to make and they are delicious.
Makes 12 cupcakes.
✅ Ingredients:
1 ½ cup (210 g) All-Purpose Flour
3/4 cup (150 g) Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp (12 g) Baking Powder
1/8 tsp (pinch) Salt
1/3 cup (75 ml) Vegetable Oil
1 cup (250 ml) warm water 90-110oF (32-43oC)
1 tbsp (15 ml) Vanilla Extract

@lordz apache. Baking powder can leave a bitter aftertaste, though I did not have this issue with this cupcake recipe (I use an aluminum-free baking powder). You can add a little bit of lemon juice and lemon zest if you like lemony flavor. Hope this helps. Thank You.

I tried this recipe I am 15 it came out great but I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil it tasted brilliant my parents loved it my first time baking vanilla cupcakes thank you so much your a life saver.

That's great but my advise to you is not to use olive oil instead of other oils for all dessert recipes bc it could turn out tasing a bit weird

Not if use Regular Olive 🫒 Oil. I use it Many Times🙂. ~Not Extra Virgin, bc that does altar the taste.

I made this recipe today and they turned out so great.. everyone in mg family appreciated.. I actually used only half the amount she added (it made 6 cupcakes) and they were great.. we always have milk and butter at home but today we didn't so I found ur recipe this evening and u added all that I had at home.. then I browsed your other recipes toooo !!

I just tried this recipe last night when I wanted a quick and easy muffin recipe. (One that my husband can also enjoy as he is lactose intolerant.) And OMG......it was MOIST, DELICIOUS and the perfect SWEETNESS! My husband and I enjoyed it so much. This is definitely going into my recipe book. Thank you so much. Who thought vegan can taste so good. Lol. Tip: I didn't have a muffin tray so I used a loaf pan and it turned out great. Just adjust the cooking time. Mine took about 30 minutes to cook @ 175"C.

I tried this right now and, well. if anyone else here thinks they're shit at baking, compared to me they are gods. everything that could go wrong *did go wrong* and the results, while horribly mis-shapen and a little burnt, are still delicious as hell. the second (hopefully less failed) batch is in the oven right now, and I applaud you for this recipe. thank you, truly 💚

I made these and they turned out GREAT!! The first batch came out a little too oily so I had to make a second batch, and thank God they came out great! They were soft, light and fluffy! I decorated them with lemon flavoured purple frosting and chocolate eggs for Easter and my family LOVED them! Can't wait to make them again! 🥰

Omg i made this just now and its perfect! So fluffy and soft and moist i reduce the sugar to half and also add 1tsp cinnamon and exchange the 1/2 flour into oatmeal still excellent! Thankyouuuu for this💗💗💗

Shirley I tried this recioe again with a punnet of blueberries, quarter cup desiccated coconut and orange rind...... It was a winner and looked amazing. I love this basic cupcakes to play with flavours.. God Bless

•1 and 1/2 of a cup of all purpose flour •3/4 granulated sugar •1/3 cup vegetable oil •1 cup of warm water or milk of your choice •1 tsp of vanilla extract •mix until no lumps Bake in a pre heated oven at 350°F(180°c) 18-20 I did this in a toaster oven and it was👌🏼 ENJOYYYY

I live in Western Europe where everything is in grams,liters etc. I ordered the cups on Amazon to make the many US and Anglo recipes and believe me it has made my cooking life soooo much easier,def worth the small investment vs the hassle of looking up and converting all measures on Google🙂like I had to do before….

I want to make a dessert for my friend. But my friend is allergic to eggs and cannot tolerate lactose (found in milk). So I'm a bit confused, desserts usually have at least one of these two ingredients. So when I found this recipe I was very happy. Great.
