200g almond flour
5 egg whites
120g sugar
For Frosting:
5 egg yolks
100ml heavy cream 33%
80g sugar
225g butter, room temperature
120g almonds slices

@@cookstermom Thanks for your reply, but it didn't answer my question. With only almond flower the dough won't rise and the cake will look like a pancake. I tried it once and got exactly a pancake. Tasty, but flat.

Uuu I love the ikea one but my rule is always to go for homemade sooo yeah. I am excited to have found this! :D

In our refrigerator we had an Ikea's cake and the homemade version, so we can compare the tastes. Then, we noticed the Ikea copycat version was a bit more delicious than the one from Ikea.😋
