4 egg whites
140 g almonds
80 g of sugar
pinch of salt
Filling:
4 egg yolks
70 grams of sugar
4 g vanilla sugar
100 ml of cream
125 g butter
50 g flaked almonds for sprinkling
Baking: 20 - 25 min 180 C
Baking pan: 20 cm
