Manual placing notes in the track will never ever ever compare to the fun of having a midi tap pad and recording beats live that way. Its too different ball games.

To not burnout it‘s also absolute essential, to not stress over your speed in making beats. Even some of the industry producers take long time and focus on quality over quantity. So statements like „i made this one in thirty minutes“ doesn‘t mean that must be the standard. Take your time and stay consistent. 🙏🏻
