1/4 cup yogurt
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp gram flour
1 lemon juice
2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp food color
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp heaped cumin powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp crushed chilies
