Ginger - 1 Inch
Garlic Cloves - 6 to 7
Chopped Onion - 1
Green Chillies - 2
Curry Leaves
Cumin Seeds जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Split Black Gram उड़द दाल - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - 2 pinch
Dry Red Chilli - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Rasam Powder - 2 tsp
Tamrind water - 1 cup
Toor /Arhar Daal - 1/2 Cup
Add water - 2 to 3 Cup
Add Jaggery (Optional)
Add Chopped Coriander
VADA

Split Black Gram उड़द दाल - 1 cup
Ice Cube - 1 TO 3
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli - 2
