Following the previous time, today we welded the gapless pipe.
This welding technique is just one of many ways to weld pipes without gaps.

Beautiful work HagoJibi. I like how you speak of " waves " when referring to the weld pool. The fluctuations of the argon flow is hypnotizing. Awesome welds, inside and on cap ! A good watch , great content , thank you for uploading !

At work we use somewhat similar technique. Only we set the machine to pulse setting. The amp. difference between the peak current and the base current makes the weld puddle shoot forward in the bevel. It makes the process pretty quick and fool proof ( as long as the puddle shoots forward it penetrates). Great video. Like the channel.

Hi, HAGOJIBI! Thanks very much for the video. You share good techniques, thoughts, etc without rewards. You are a really good man. I learn lots of techniques. As for " welding stainless pipe without gaps", I have a question: If using filler rods for Sch 10S pipe, just one pass. The welding line will sink. I don't like the result. Do you have similar problems? How do you solve it with one pass? As for the Sch 10S pipe, I think at least two pass can work. Thanks again.

Really wish I understood the language. My 27 years of welding is pale compared to this "O" beam master. Pipe fighters are the shaolin monks or jedi in this world. To see through the fire read the puddle visualizing the surface tension and its depth maintaining travel heat input and deposit rates all while being mindful of gravity. Mega thanks for for sharing! Real arc footage helps bridge the language gap.

Nice video. Very well explained and shown! That's right, there are always several ways to achieve your goal when welding. As you said and showed when welding, you controlled pulse welding with your switch on the torch. :-) The top layer of the weld looks great. ;-)

쇳물은 당연히 쳐집니다 6시보다 5시나7시쪽이 더 쳐지면서 안올라갈겁니다 이유는 오버헤드에서 버티컬로 바뀌면서 물이 쌓이기시작하기때문인데 좀더 와이어를 안에다두고 해보세요 기법에따라 밖에서 녹여도 안으로잘드가집니다

이제 배관 용접 막시작하는 용린이입니다. 선생님 용접하실때 세라믹노즐이 항아리같이 생긴걸 쓰시던데 저는 변형 노즐 쓰고있거든요. 각각 장단점이 무언지좀 가르쳐쥬세요

You have the best welding videos from KZfaq. What color of tungsten do you use for welding on stainless pipe? Is 3.2mm tungsten better, or 2.4mm for Sch10-40 pipe welding? thank you very much for the contributions.....Greetings from Barcelona

You can use thorium-based tungsten. And you can use lanthanum-based tungsten. The same goes for the thickness of tungsten. 2.4 is good and 3.2 is good. You can choose whatever you like.

Забыл добавить. Сварку проводите без нарастания и спадов тока , без дистанционного зажигания дуги и импульса. Как говориться выпрямитель дуговой 315 и реостат балластный вам в помощь. Научите меня мастер......

Уважаемый. Свари пожалуйста не поворотный стык 108 диаметра трубы сплава 12х18н10 т aisi 316. Расстояние от пола 100 миллиметров, а от стены 50 миллиметров. Заранее благодарен .

@@LimpBizkitDrummer I think that the sponge is used to close the end of the tube, its used for purging the tube with argon, but not to make a 100% seal, it is used to let the gas go through, but keep it under small pressure so that air can not get in.
