How do you store pre made canes?

how much clay of each color you need to make a cane that size?

I believe there is about one and a half ounces of black and about one ounce each of pink and white in the Skinner blend strip. I usually start with approximately 2 ounces of each color I'm working with so I know I'll have enough to make the cane (or whatever I'm working on). So I used 2 ounces of white and 2 ounces of pink to make a Skinner blend and then I used half of that blend in this cane. (I used the other half in another project.) I hope that helps. It did, usually one is scared to use all the polymer clay and then at the end it doesnt look as it should. So this clear my doubt. Thank you. Great teacher!
