Working on motorcycles there are many tight spots so I bought a 1/4" box end rachet to fit all my 1/4' drive bits . This has saved me many times .

He he he! I’m now listening for the “Alright” as your working. Love the honesty in the way you work including those ‘forgot to fit’ moments. That was a cool little tool. I’ve got something similar that takes those mini screwdriver bits one end and a 1/4 drive ratchet at the other end. A very handy little thing to have in your toolbox. Years ago I found a great little “Cheat” tool. Bicycle spokes. A handy length of stiff wire with a little hooked at one end. Great for retrieving the dreaded dropped 10mm socket! I discovered them when, many years ago, I needed to pull that little C clip holding a manual window winder handle off. The hooked end of the spoke was perfect for the job. You’d be amazed at how many time one will come in useful.

I bought a 2002 Ford Taurus SES off of my cousin. With only 116,000 miles on it. Still a nice car! Of course he gave me the family discount.😂 Anyway,it needed a new radiator and the radiator had to come out through the bottom of the car! I can work on my own vehicles for the most parts,but i had to end up taking it to the trusted and very honest mechanic i use when i do have to use him. I told a guy yesterday,these car company's could save a lot of money and fire all of their engineers if they would just ask us poor folks how things should be made! 😂😂

To think about it, take an open end box end wrench Drill it out and then go to the hobby store and get a one-way bearing for a pull start for those nitro engines

@Wrenching With Kenny Harbor Freight 92630 is a Ratcheting Right Angle Screwdriver. You can pull off the knob and use 1/4" sockets as well. It's only $2.99 and is very well made. The steal of the Century.

Front wheel drive. 10 pounds of sugar in a five pound bag. I would like to have a 230 cubic inch inline six with 4 speed manual with rear wheel drive. My dad's 1960 chevy was like that and simple to work on. The trans was a three in the tree.

I wonder how many times they've overheated that motor because they ran the cooling system dry? I don't know about that particular motor, but some coolant sensors won't read properly when they're not submerged in coolant.
@SeanBZA
@SeanBZA Жыл бұрын
VW loves putting them in the plastic manifold, or in the pipes themselves, so yes low coolant it will not show. Generally they also put a low coolant warning in the water bottle though, but I do not know if they did it with this badge job Chrysler.

You should not use nornal hose clamps on plastic hose fitting because they don't allow for expansion, thats why you have to keep tightening them up, the hose fitting then breaks off.

Hey, Kenny do you ever clean and rinse the a/c condenser so it improves air flow to the new radiator. It's just something that relatively simple and I usually do it. Just asking. It seems to improve a/c getting cooler readings inside my cars. As always great job

@simonatkinson1107

It depends how tight a seal you want. The worm gear clamps, (Jubilee clips?), tend to let go and chew out the strap part if you try to get them too tight. The spring clamps may be a total pain in the tailbone but they do give a tighter seal.
@jackiemay9471

the spring is constant pressure even when the heat expand and cool contract cycle the worm drive can potentially loosen through these cycles

God bless you brother by the way please for the love of God try not to get an LED work light they are so bad for your eyes are used to only use incandescent bulbs the old trouble lights, you know never a problem soon as the LEDs came in all the sudden six years later I have Cataracs talk to my eye doctor very well known my doctor as well, world renowned, and he said sure enough LED lights will ruin your eyes because of the blue light if you can get yellow or something with like a 3000 K then you’re fine but anything higher and it’s gonna cause issues and I’ve also read somewhere else that there’s still radiation emitted from the light more so with the LEDs, the high intensity ones
