I always considered Bowser Jr. to have an S Tier celebration. The camera pull back on that point is POWERFUL! I think I'd also put Luigi and Birdo in A. Maybe also Tiny, if only because she has a consistent "dances like a pop star" thematic with her animations across the board and she owns it. Also truth be told, I would probably put King Boo, Boo, and possibly Toadsworth into D. I think the only thing keeping Toadsworth possibly in C for me is how smug and full of personality he is, doing that mustache tug like "This old dog's still got some tricks, wot wot!"

I still would love to see a tier list of the 6 teams, who has the overall best roster, captains, fields, etc., put together to define one team

Hammer Bros and Petey have always been my favorite animations as well in this game. They just have more personality in their animation than the rest of the cast. I am disappointed in Dry Bones and especially Waluigi, too. I wish like Dry Bones did more in his victory pose like toss his head or something. Waluigi should have his usual dance-like swagger like he does in other games. Honestly, I still think Mario Golf Toadstool Tours, Mario Golf World Tour, and Mario Strikers Charged just have the most personality of all the Mario games in terms of the animations. I'd love to see Next-Level games develop the next Mario Baseball as they just always inject so much charm into their character animations.

Out of the Bowser Monsters and DK Wilds, Fire Bro and Tiny, respectively, only have regular bats with their insignia (I assume Diddy and Dixie are using sticks), The Wario Muscles and Yoshi Eggs *only* have regular bats also, and the rest are a mix.. (Piantas, Nokis, Toadsworth, both baby princesses, and Petey Piranha are the unique ones; the rest are also regular) lol
