This house is like 3 single wide's in 1, seriously it is massive! The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. The model for this home is the "Anais." This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and has roughly 3,180 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

I have a triple wide and I love it! The space inside is cavernous. My kitchen is massive as well as the living room. I have a den, living room, dining room, fireplace, eat in kitchen/breakfast nook , 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, walk in closets, huge front and back porch!

I was thinking a closet for my fabrics and turn the master bedroom into my sewing room and use the other bedroom with the bath attached to it to sleep. Or I could use the jack and Jill bedrooms as my fabric storage room and the other for my sewing room. I'll never buy a manufactured home but I can see us living in this layout but a stick built with a huge basement under the whole house with a walkout to a pool. A game room and 2nd kitchen and maybe another guest room down there. Yes that works for me. It could go on a lake lot but I'd still have a pool but we could also get a boat. Am I dreaming too big? Probably.

@@Sharon-pb7soYES!!! I was thinking the same thing, only with yarn instead. I would make the master bedroom my craft room and just use another bedroom for sleeping. Or, since I would be living by myself, I would put a cute daybed in the craft room to sleep on.

I would use that closet within the closet for my clothes, and the big "walk-in" part as a crafting room. It's perfect for a person who sews or does clothing alterations/debutante dresses etc. as a home business.

I have been obsessed with these mini mansions since I saw my very first one about 15 yrs ago. And I vowed I would own one before I leave this old world. Great home for my granddaughters family. They have four beautiful bouncing children and need all the space they can get. What I have never seen is rounded corners on all the counters. I did notice the ones with the rounded edges. Loved them. I am always looking for ways to make it safer for the children. No matter how old I am there will always be children running thru my home. I love it. God bless you Chance. Take more chances and have some more "little chances ". Only if your wife agrees. 😇

The side door area is called a "mud room". This home looks like it has a laundry room and a mud room combo. Hence the staged bench and hook racks. Nice.

I watch some of the modular home tours as well as a lot of other noble homes and this home is hands down my favorite 🤩. It has the best features and the most expensive look to it. I also absolutely love the big front and back porches . Plus the door in the laundry boot room that could lead to a garage or carport!!!! Yep this is the nicest one I have ever seen. Chance I like the way you lead your tours and your son is a doll !!!!

I had a triple wide for 25 years. Approx 2800. Sq ft. 3 bed 2 bath. All the rooms we’re nice sized. Everybody that saw it thought it was a real house not a modular home. Lots of bonfires at this home. We had it on For acresI loved it so much. My husband, daughter and I plus many pet lived in happiness. Till daughter passed at 24. It seem to put a cloud over the home. Divorce followed and he got home. I miss all the room and space I miss a lot about our home. We had space and love. I swore I’d never live in a trailer, modular home or anything that even looked like one. This home didn’t look anything like those descriptions. It was a home.

Divorce followed and he got home. I miss all the room and space I miss a lot about our home. We had space and love. I swore I’d never live in a trailer, modular home or anything that even looked like one. This home didn’t look anything like those descriptions. It was a home.

IMO this home is PERFECT, So glad you finally were able to tour it. I actually saw it awhile back on a virtual tour. Chance, your in person tour is always better. Just wanted to let you know that there was another closet in the Den as well.

I agree that the island sink in the kitchen is a problem...even the drawers under the stove is not practical...BUT THAT PRIMARY SUITE 😉 ...I got tears when I saw the closet...beautiful...

That would be a steal where I live. A 1600 sq ft mobile home will run un the 4 to 5 hundred thousands. Its horrible.

You can put a manufactured home on a foundation with a basement.

This was the biggest question in my neighborhood, as I grew up in a manufactured home community. For the price, you could buy a full single family home anywhere, and these things were like parking an RV in an economy car parking spot. But they ain't even that great. Just big.

Hey Chance 🛎 I love me a triple wide. Let me watch this! Edit: my family is from Alabama. I'm in NYC. Might be making my way down there to raise my girls. Now u know I love my porches Chance 👏🏾💯 Chance take a bow for bringing us this home! It's perfectly laid out and the inside colors are great. The LR is beautiful. The flow to the kitchen and dining is perfect. I love a little hallway. Reminds me of my childhood apartment here in NYC. We had a long hallways that I used to skate up and down. That family room and back bedroom... C'mon ur spoiling us Deer Valley. The Jill & Jill rooms are just what the contractor ordered 😂... Ok let me wait on the Master now... 🤪 Yea I lost it with the master closet... Come on now... The closet in the closet is definitely for the guy (if u have one) 😂... Im not mad at the pricing either. This has to be placed on a great lot and build a swing set in the backyard. Anais didn't disappoint AT ALL!!

There are others who tour homes, too but, Chance, you have them all beat! You make me feel like I'm right there in that house with you. If I were younger, and more physically able, I really would go with you, and run from room to room squealing, and oohing, and ahing. I don't like every home you show us, and you probably don't either, but you always go out of your way to say something positive about all of them. I appreciate that; just because I don't like it, that doesn't mean many other people don't love it. Don't stop going off on tangents or having a little fit of silliness now and then. I can't stand it when people pretend to be so serious and sophisticated in front of a camera. Even though I'm not in the market for a house, you're my go to home tour guide!
