Ballpark price depends on which state, county, and needs for you lot such as septic/well/surveys/permits etc would be. In Delaware, this home the way it is now would run you in the mid 600k to low 700k range depending on modifications and finishes chosen to be reflective of this exact finished home. This is based on current lumber and building supply markets and could change based on changes in the markets and current general non-home costs for Delaware.

I called the manufacturer. He said this home was in the mid 400k range.

Without these exact features, yes in the higher 400k region. With the way they have this upgraded, no. I just did the numbers last night. 😀 it's a gorgeous home and quickly gaining popularity!

A kitchen that is perfection. Exquisite taste in decorating. Oriental rugs gives you an idea of how you can cover floors to cut noise without usual carpeting. This is a home called perfection.

Beautiful home.❤️ It’s nice to see that not everyone is doing tile showers, they are such a pain to clean. I’ve been debating on switching my fiberglass shower to tile because it seems to be the norm and we’re the only home in the neighborhood with a fiberglass shower. This home reconfirms that a home can still be beautiful without a tile shower and you should do what you love! 🙌

Gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Thereis 2 things I would change and that would be extending the wall separating the living from the kitchen because I don't like open concept and the second would be in the sitting room/den off the dining room I would eliminate the large window on the left. I still love it

I was raised by grandparents and I haven't heard the term cleaning closet in a long time so thank you for that because I would call it a cleaning closet and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about lol. Absolutely beautiful! The owner has wonderful taste. So nice she let you video her home. I love the plan! The brick is gorgeous. Adds so much to the home versus vinyl siding. I could just imagine a refreshing pool out off of the screened porch. Sold! I want one just like this. :)

Very nice home I wouldn't need the second story but like how the master is farther back from main living space. That sitting room looks like it also is made to be a more formal dining room if you wanted it to be that way you could make the current dining space either a breakfast area or even a casual sitting space.good place for the cook to be close to kitchen while cooking and being able to talk with company that way.

I like the way you tour/video a home,so that we know where we are in the floorplan all the time! I've watched other folks do them,and at times I wonder which side of the damn house are we at? I am a fan.Thanks for the quality tours!

This is a great place, in the plans pretty much or as they pretty much had it built. I like the double garage doors like in the plans. I'd change the layout of the Bathroom in Bedroom 1. Looking at the plans I'd have the Bathroom door moved left and have a double sink vanity. Delete the tub and make the shower bigger. I like the upstairs as in the toured house. I'd want a Basement. Not much more to tweak if anything. The more I look at the plans maybe I'd make Bedroom 1 a Computer Room\Den. That would lead to different changes in that area of the house.

Oh my goodness this is a beautiful home! When viewing a home on display they are often beautifully decorated and they work hard to make them feel inviting. Walking through this hone there is a feeling of beauty and a warm, welcoming home. They did a great job choosing things for and using their own possessions as well as decorating this home. I am so thankful to the owner for allowing you in and by default the rest if us too. No matter how good of a job the decorators do they just can't achieve what is do e by someone who lovingly puts not their house but their home together. Well done!

I really don’t know since I live in NC , we border Virginia. I can drive 5-10 minutes from my house and be in Cana VA, but they don’t service NC. I hope that I could possibly buy the floor plan and tweak it to fit my specifications. Thank you again for touring it and doing excellent camera work and being so respectful to the homeowner…Thank you homeowner for letting us see your beautiful home.

You can purchase our floorplans for $2,500. They are specifically designed for a modular build, however they could be customized to be an on-site stick built home as well.

How come in Utah we can only get the modular homes that look like mobile homes on the outside, just the ugly square box. Do you have any information for modulars homes in Ut or a state next to us that look good on the outside???

I've never seen a duel dishwasher before, it would have been nice if you would have opened one of them so we could see what it looks like inside, you're too much in a hurry to get through the tour
