Most ppl over criticizing Hurts, youll find they havent commented on an Eagles vid in years. Ive seen ppl who couldnt wait for Hurts to have a “down” year last year on Twitter who didnt make a single comment during the Superbowl appearance year. Not a single comment besides “Go Birds”. If Dejean is the swiss army knife everyone speaks of, then the greatest position of need for the Eagle's secondary depth-wise is NICKEL so obviously this will be the perfect slot to slide him in asap ... And if Isiah Rodgers proves to be the real deal at outside CB then ideally the Bird's future at corner will be locked in for years with Mitchell, DeJean, Rodgers (assuming Howie extends him)...

The top quarterbacks in the NFL if you were to take Jalen out and put any of the top 15 or top 10 quarterbacks in the league on this roster how many of them would have a chance to win the Superbowl I'm just curious because I've been thinking about that lately my only point is I think there's a lot of quarterbacks in this league if you put them on this roster could have a chance to win the super bowl so as far as I'm concerned there is a little bit of pressure Jalen has to step up this year and i truly believe he will I think he's a top 10 quarterback I think he's going to get it done

I’m glad that the defense is playing hard and actually showing Hurts and real secondary to throw against. If he wasn’t throwing picks and was just getting good looks every time then he wouldn’t be prepared for the season when you’re playing against teams trying to take it away from you. I couldn’t be happier to hear that he’s thrown a couple and I think when the season starts our team is gonna be turning up this year. Go 🦅 🦅 birds

Alls this tells me is Howie had an amazing, almost perfect off season and draft. The defense is also familiar with Fangios scheme since we ran a watered down version of it last year and we have a brand new OC with a brand new entirely new offense so expect the offense to struggle more than the defense in these early camps and practices.

The biggest thing that worried me w/ hurts is the lack of throwing the ball down the middle, might be why the coaching staff didn’t ask him to do it, AND the reason Todd Bowles has his number is because he doesn’t believe he can read the field.

1. you had me at BLG(may he reign forever). 2. you know who else is famous for throwing OTA/Camp Ints ? aaron rodgers. this is the time to work out chemistry with receivers and find out exactly what you can get away with. especially against different looks 3. yep its a new OC and new scheme , bound to be some struggles 4. also a new DC and a similar scheme as last year. the Defense is going to be slightly ahead in that regard not learning a whole new system. Fangio can throw in a few more tiny wrinkles with guys that have been running a 'fangio style scheme' for a year
