All I’ve know is being Kenyan even though I’m born and raised here in the U.S.A, I’m more Kenyan than anything😂. Too many of my nursing coworkers think I’m not even from the U.S, because of my accent and that’s due to speaking Swahili and Kikuyu, if you know you know.💁🏾‍♀️🇰🇪

Also to travel to Kenya too depends on the season. Before covid I used to visit Kenya with a connecting flight round trip only $650 max $700. But after covid prices shot up almost everywhere in Africa. But even now you can find flights round trip to Kenya charging about $800 from US to Nairobi, Kenya. But it depends on the season.

This was an awesome interview! I just started traveling the continent of Africa this year and you guys are the ones I have been looking up to. I love both of y'all channels. Czech is right too because I was flexible and found a flight to Nairobi for $620. I will be there Jan 1, 2024 for a few months. :-)

I appreciate ths interview..i just returned from my 8 motherland visit ..there is nothing like visiting africa .i arrive and always hear "Welcome home" its the greatest truma relief to be away from this western insane asylum..the smiles. Africa is a huge continent each country, tribe and people has its own vibe. Some are densly populated some almost empty some cultures are very outgoing some reserved. Francophone, anglophone, christian, Islamic, traditional , African and Arabic and anything in between. And then there's Lagos 😅
