Which app do you use for makinh the Cartesian plane

It is just a photo of the cartesian plane from google. I use the app "procreate" to draw on top of it!

Hiw ti find the numbers in the ( ) ?

They would either give you them, and then you plot the point like shown here. Or if they give you the graph with the point and want you to find the coordinates you would count how far left/right from the center, that's your x or first value. Then count how much up/down from the center, that is your y or second value. ( x , y ). I hope this helps but let me know if a video would be more helpful! :)

if my point was (1,3) would it be 3/1 as a fraction?

I’m not sure why you would write your point as a fraction…? That is not something you do in math. Are you talking about trying to find the slope of a line that goes through (1,3) and the origin (0,0)? Because in that case, you are finding rise over run, which would be 3/1 like you asked. However, if it’s NOT going through the origin, it’d be something completely different, so you can not find slope off of just 1 point. Is that what you meant? Slope?
