It's so sad that most Americans are truly ignorant about how case law works. Federal Case Law trumps all. It doesn't matter what state you live in. Courts base all legal decisions on these cases. Most countries teach these throughout a student's schooling and they grow up not just "Knowing" the law but "Understanding" it as well.

I love the professionalism of your channel. No need to read video titles when I come across them; I know it will be very well done. I'm joining! Deputy Gregory was all business and did something I really liked and respected while she was kicking and screaming in his car on the side of the road. He was getting fed up with her, and his voice was rising in pitch. But rather than escalating things he could be heard taking a deep breath and then, just as quickly, walked away and let her behavior roll off him like water off a duck, the result of good objectivity and good training. Ive had 2 DUIs, multiple puplic intoxication arrests, and a couple of 5150s for threatening people while under the influence and ive never once given law enforcement a hard time. Thank God for sobriety i dont have to live like that anymore

I had 2 separate occasions where I was way too drunk and got in fights, one I got a ticket and went home the other I got taken to the local hospital for an involuntary 24 hour hold after kicking in an apartment door of a friend. Thank God I’m no longer that stupid and I drink much less now

I stopped going out drinking when my son was born, but if I did find myself out drinking, I sure as hell wouldn't risk turning him into an orphan by driving drunk and speeding.

My ex daughter in law used her single mom excuse successfully three times. And I had my grandson living with me two of those times. And one of those was a hit and run but she was seen by an officer and caught right away. Lied about her name too but in the end they just let her give her insurance info to the owner of the other car who was inside the club when she hit it. I guess they never even knew she’d tried to leave.
