Copper Mountain
Three Bears Chairlift is located in the Copper Bowl and provides access to all terrain on Tucker Mountain. The Rendezvous Chairlift in the Union Bowl gives the easiest access to Three Bears. From the top of Rendezvous, ski Otto Bahn to Rattler or Alicante. Ski these runs down to Colorado Boulevard and finish skiing down to the lower terminal of Three Bears.
Three Bears offers the skier advanced and expert terrain surrounded by some of the best scenery to be found in Colorado.
95% of the terrain is definitely advanced/expert terrain, but the intermediate skier with nerves of steel can probably handle Summit Stash.

Hi Twin Skiing, Sorry to hear you got wind held on Three Bears. There have been some crazy wind events this winter with a lot of hurricane force gusts. I got caught on American Flyer just about 20 yards from unloading and a gust caught my skis and I thought I was going to get pulled out of the chair! Poor old Three bears is in the perfect place for no wind protection and being aligned to be cross ways to most of the gusts. Glad you didn't suffer any ails from the experience. I imagine Mountain Chief and Blackjack also had some problems while you were stuck on Three Bears. Any ways, great stories for sitting around the fire and having a cold one.
