I love this build so much. Is it possible that you could make it into actual low cost apartments when the new sims 4 expansion pack, for rent comes out? I havd tried myself but i cant figure out how you did the roof, and it keeps disappearing when i when i change anything 😅

I live in the Central US where it gets very hot during the summer months. I just gotta have coffee. I made my own recipe for Iced Coffee. It's so good and really easy to make. I love your builds.
