And a few seconds later after asking if he had smoked or drank anything, he asked him to roll the window down again. The guy literally tried to roll his window down for a solid 10 seconds before realizing what just happened. He said it was the funniest shit ever

I failed a dui test once. I was high af and had everything on me. I knew I was going to jail so I was actually kinda just like let’s do this thing. I let him know where everything was and thought it was gonna be a smooth process. As nice as he was, he seemed really suspicious of me because I was giggling so much... and told me that my car is basically sideways right now “are you drunk!?” I didn’t see that ditch and it just got funnier. Long story short another cop had to come gimme a dui test even tho I didn’t have any alcohol in my system, and I failed miserably. I was serious at times and I straight up told him about my stigmatism and extremely bad coordination and he was like yeah I remember. (I had no clue who this guy was) I had only been living in the area for like two years off and on. And haven’t been in trouble before, no tickets etc etc. turns out even tho I failed and parked in a 4 foot ditch vertically he let me go. Also he had mentioned he knew my mother. I haven’t had contact with my mom in forever probably like 5 years or so. Wtf she been up too 😅😪

i drive high too lol. not all the time but occasionally i'll hit my dab pen in the morning. i usually don't get caught smelling like it though or with a ton of smoke in my car. i've also never ran into a DUI checkpoint.
