wow, what a nice aquarium. i like that they put effort into making their tanks interesting for the animals with rocks, live plants, and wood. a lot of aquariums just have those blue plastic tanks with nothing except the fish, wich would get boring after a while and often makes the animals feel exposed because they have nowhere to hide. the tank sizes are bigger then most aquariums and the animals look to be thriving. i love the jungle area, I want to go there so bad!

@@louisegogel7973 Well in the wild as sharks replace their teeth naturally and so dropped teeth found at the beach aren't at the detriment health of the shark people can collect them and not feel bad about it. How Are you keeping them alive in that tank? There is no conservation efford directly for the Hammerheads as those sharks are neither bred in captivity, nor released in the wild. So, while this is a nice show for the public, and this specific Aquarium does collect money for conservation effort's, your logic is flawed. They don't actually breed them in captivity. @@Helveteshit

Aquariums prevent animals from eating each other by regularly feeding them, though there is always the risk. Hammerheads can survive in aquariums; Den Blå Planet has been growing its hammerheads for several years by this point. However, given how large they are and their migratory habits, most aquariums opt to keep the smaller species of hammerhead. The only hammerhead you are likely to see in an aquarium is the tiny bonnethead (Sphyrna tiburo).
