I knew it!!!! My peppermint shrimp is going to get evicted now too!!! He was picking at my ricordea and bullying my clam!!!!

I put a rock out at a time in a 10 gallon tank when I do a water change and get the shrimps to eat the aiptasia

The yellow wrasse will add some great colour to your rug as well unless you tightly cover the top of your tank. Hint hint.

My peppermints ate my rock flowers. They went straight to the sump

Peppermints work until the aptasia is gone and then they love themselves some euphilia

After watching this, I’m starting to think the reason almost ALL of my acans have been completely battered is down to my peppermint shrimp!? I had a cleaner in my last tank, he would annoy corals but not eat them, I’ve never lost a coral with my cleaner. When he died, I got a peppermint and my acans are absolutely screwed! I also lost my torch coral…which is why I’m thinking maybe it MIGHT be something else…but all my params are in check!? Not sure what to think? 😭 I love having a shrimp in the tank but maybe I should try and take him out.

Mine ate my birds nest. I made a bottle fish trap with pellets. It only took about an hour to catch 2 of them.

i hate those stupid things, i have a trap set up right now to catch the ones i have in my tank. i have one eating my fav acan. i originally got them for aptashia but i found aptashiax and some rock putty to close the hole works way faster and better.

Just put a piece of shrimp in a net and trap him. He'll come to you.

Have you guys check alkalinity? Low alkalinity could cause this also.

Idk I feel the corals where dying and the peppermint were just doing there job keeping it clean. I had several peppermint in many of my builds In a healthy tank where full spectrum is used, in your case deep blues only cover so much. I feel you failed to understand the peppermint
