Roboschaf subjects cordless robotic mowers to a merciless test on the steep slope test site. In the last videos in the 2024 test series, we tested and compared flat but angled areas. Now we want to test wired and GPS-controlled robotic lawn mowers on the steep slope. This also includes hybrid installation options such as the Husqvarna Automower 535X shown here. So far, it has mastered the steep slope almost without any problems. Of course with our Pro package, which provides additional traction.
In the video we show the app and program options at Husqvarna. In the case of the 535, the system works without RTK, but you can define areas and surfaces via GPS. This can have advantages, e.g. for the steep area towards the road shown. We are talking about a mild-hybrid installation here.
In the next step, we will compare wired systems such as the Stihl iMow 5 Evo, Solo Roboschaf Pro3 and Husqvarna Nera 410 XE. We are excited to see how they will handle the area. In addition, we have already tested the new Luba 2. It is also currently still running on the large area, but will soon be moving to the steep slope.
We'll keep you up to date. As usual: honest, independent and unvarnished.
