Great video. Thank you. Trasverse abdominis atrophy is making my iliopsoas and booth adductors tight all the time. Hope this will fix my pelvic tightnes too.

@@laurenbeall5819 acctualy I found one extruded disc in my spine on MR. This is why my spine muscles are overprotective and tight all the time. Reduce stress and relax more. Exercise with lighter weights (squat and deadlift are most dangerous). I am better now but not great. Stress and anxyethy are the core problem. Google dr Sarno and Steve Ozanich. Hope you will be better.

@@AlignTherapyUtah The Neurologist seems to think I have possible dystonia from a nerve muscle test. Trihexyphenidyl I was told to take to get rid of the pain. I beg to differ

TA/multifidi contraction should not bring the pressure anywhere near 70mmHg from a starting point of 40mmHg...no more than a 5-10mmHg should occur

It probably is that your abdominals are weak and not holding your back stable. They are compensating for the weakness.
