Was good to see the boys hang onto the ball. Couple unfortunate picks, but last years spring game remember the amount of fumbles was insane, and that translated into the season. Hopefully the ball security translates this time.

I think Nebraska will be ranked when the season starts and will wind up inside the top 10 by seasons end. Like Coach said we have to earn everything we get and we have the parts in place to do that. Honestly we are one phenomenal running back from the top 5.....

Answers to your questions Adam: 1. Will the Huskers finish the season ranked? No, I don't think 7-5 or less will be good enough to finish the season ranked 2. Are Husker fans drinking the offseason Kool-Aid a little too much? Yes (me included) - but that is what off-season Kool-Aid is for. Its fun to discuss the "what-ifs" and "what could be's" in May, June, and July. The reality is, we don't know which QB will start, or play and if they will play well. Will the RBs stand up to a grinding 12 game schedule? Will the WRs continue to improve and get better? Can the TEs play a bigger part in the offense this season? And most importantly will the OL finally reach the pipeline level and put 1 or 2 guys on the first team or second team Big Ten teams? - Lots of question marks to predict anything better than 6-6 or 7-5 3. Will Dylan Raiola finish as a top 5 QB in the Big 10? No. I am not knocking Raiola here - he has all the tools and talent, but he has to go out and perform on Saturday afternoons in September, October and November against D1 defenses and DCOs first. DCOs aren't going to be lobbing softballs to Raiola and Big Ten defenses are on a whole different level than what he saw in HS. Can he finish the season as QB1 at Nebraska is the better question. As we have seen the last few years, nobody is immune to injury in college football and if the OL doesn't protect him, he could end up standing next to Matt Rhule injured.

Don't be surprised if our qb's really shine this years...the Huskers are better everywhere. GBR!!!

Dylan, if he is provided the chance to play, can be a top 5 QB. The skills are there, we'll see about presence and savy when the big guys are rushing him in the pocket live. He hasent did anythign yet but the only guy I've seen in the last 10 years that got me excited at QB was Adrian, I think Dylan provides that level of excitement and the we want to see more factor.The KoolAde deal is still KoolAde in my eyes, I'll believe it when I see it, sued to get punch drunk on that stuff, no more for this guy. To have a sucessful season in my eyes is 7-8 wins and beating the Buffalo Chips (Clicks). GBR-TTB!

They really should have won at least 7-8 last year just without the QB fumbles. This year I think 8 is the baseline. I do wish we had one more tune up game before Colorado, but I don't think CU will have seen anything like they will see in Lincoln as far as the crowd noise and hostility. Hope we pound them!! I think we have had several guys who could return kicks for a few years, but the problem is blocking, especially on punts. You can't expect a good return if there are guys all over the return guy as soon as they catch the ball.

Let see, but I don't think we should even think about rankings. Let focus on what should be the bare minimum to keep your coaching job at nebraska and that's 6 wins and a bowl game. Something that has not been achieved in 7 seasons. Will this finally be the season? With Dylan Riola, I am not 100% sure. If they keep him as QB 2 and develop Harburg, we will get there. Riola has a lot of work to do from what I seen in the spring game. He is good at some of his passes, but most were lobs. Only a Big Ten game will tell.

Just and observation... Adam, you should ask Connor to help you with your lighting, sound and video, seriously. Seeing you guys side-by-side, He is head and shoulders above you my friend.

Nebraska being ranked is how we know out of season rankings are as real as a $3 bill. You cant miss the post season 6+ years and be ranked. They should have to earn it and theres nothing wrong wirh being ranked after a few games at minimum.

5-7 that's my prediction. We will start off 1-1eith a 3 point loss at Colorado. Win the other first half and then lose the last half. That's my prediction. My hope is starting 6-0. Beating boat indiana and Iowa, finishing 8-4 prior to a bowl. But with the staff and too much hype, I don't believe that is going to happen

Will thr Husker be ranked at the end of the year? I'm going to say no. We could finish 9-3 and lose to Ohio State Wisconsin and Iowa and that will would put us just outside 25. The Rhule-aid is very big and very Red. It's the off-season. I expected gallons to be drank. Will our QB be a top 5? I don't think so either. 7 or 8? I'd be okay with that. Top 5 would be great. Top 5 year 1 for a freshman would be pretty exceptional. I hope I'm wrong and we do better than I'm predicting right now. But I'm trying to temper my expectations
