PERFECT with any grilled foods. This summertime treat is made from fresh corn - cut right from the cob. We added black beans for another layer of flavor and color. ENJOY!
Serves 4
4 Ears fresh corn. Remove the kernels with a knife and scrape juice from cob.
1 tablespoon Nakano seasoned rice wine vinegar (photo above)
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon red onion, diced fine or sliced very thin
½ red bell pepper, diced small
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped fine
½ fresh lime, juice only
1. Remove the kernels with a knife and scrape juice from cob into large bowl.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
TIP: Grill corn for 5 minutes and let cool before preparing the recipe.
