3 Egg yolks, 60g Sugar, 20g Cake flour,
250ml Milk, 15g Unsalted Butter,
1tsp Vanilla Extract,100g Heavy Cream
374℉(190℃) 20~25min

What a wonderful video. One of the nicest I have seen. Excellent quality filming. The pastries look absolutely delicious and I am definitely going to try and make a batch. I say a batch but I believe I will be making them very often I'm sure I will enjoy these very much and my family too. Thank you for sharing.

Nicola Bowden I don’t know if you made these yet or not, and if you did, did you use the cream filling made in this video? My uncle owned a bakery, and he made these everyday. He used meringue or whipped egg whites for the filling. Much easier, and faster.

what butter do you use? is it like for croissant or can use ordinary butter like anc*or?

always use unsalted butter for any pastry

Use butter no margarine. All the "pastry butters" are margarin. Don use those for french pastiserie
