Drugged and kidnapped, framed as a philanderer and psychologically tortured, extorted and manipulated to commit illegal and dishonest acts. People have been imprisoned for less.

The crimes perpetrated against the Croppers were heinous...if they had not themselves broken the law by buying a baby there would be grounds for having Tracy locked up for assault.

Tracy does not deserve her baby girl Amy back, look at the pain she put Hayley and Roy through. very well, Tracy deserves one last chance, but if she screws up again, social services will be called and Tracy will regret hurting people.

Was he not listed on the original birth certificate? As the legal father at the time wouldn't it grant him at least some rights?

Odd that the script writers didn't mention Tracy's milk coming in or that she could have attempted to breast feed. She might have gone cystitis.
