Jason Fung says less than 50ml of milk does not spike your insulin levels. So, tea with little milk is allowed in intermittent fasting. Jason Fung is a pioneer in intermittent fasting.

Use unimate and balance of unicity which helps you to fast for 18 hrs without feeling hungry . I used to do 16 hrs before without unimate and it was so difficult but now it becomes so convenient .

Wo apke apni schedule bana na hai. Mei late jagti hu so I start my first meal at 9 then the second meal at 5. Lekin agar aap jaldi jagti ho aur turuntth khane ka maan ho to mano 6 baje first meal khaya then second meal 2 pm hona chahiye.lekin agar 2 baje last meal nahi kar sakte to aur chahata hai ki last meal 5 baje ho ( like me) to next day 16 ghante ke baad yani 9 baje kha sakte ho. It depends aapko kun sa time suit karta hai. Yehi cheej accha hai intermittent fasting ki

शराब नही पिये , स्मोकिंग नही करे नॉनवेज व फास्टफूड नही खाये ओर 1 घंटा अपने शरीर की वर्ज़िश करे। कोई ओवरवेट नही होगा ना ही बीमार होगा ना ही फास्टिंग की जरूरत।

12 pm to 8 pm Eating window, then 8 pm to 11:59 am/12:00 pm fasting window. Thats 16 hours fasting window. You can adjust it according to your schedule
