I sold a property to x and one property to y adjacent to x some 18-19 years ago. Before 15 yearrs y sold this property to x. Now x dismantled the partition wall illegally, disregarding the sale deed. He made a bigger area which his sale deed or purchase deed combined together(not although legal) is more than the addition of both the property. The partition wall was not sold to any one i.e. x and y. Sale deed has specific conditions that no alteration is allowed as their roof was our floor on top of the walls. What releief can I get now. Since in my opinion it is a case of both criminal and civil nature.

Thanks a lot for guidance! In my case, my sale deed was done in 1981 and other party is no more. Unfortunately the mistake is factual where the plot number got swapped with each other, but remaining all details are correct. Location Bihar Two plot got registered on one deed. Other party is not available (expired)

Hi sir i wanted to know my parents bought a plot 20 years back where in regisry the plot size is 35x 54 but in actual the size is 36.4 x 52 in both the cases land is 210 yards we have the same entry of 210 yards in revenue records. My parents got a executive magistrate signed and attested document at that time for the above correction in dimension from the seller but they didnt chaged the registry they only have this affidavit for the change in dimensions which is signed by the executibe megistrate itself. Is it valid if we sell the plot with new dimensions. Sr kindly help u always guide properly

Agreement made between Developer and landlord on 70/30 ratio, during registry of that agreement, by intentionally or mistake left the mention ratio, mentioned part of landlord part in square feet only in registered deed. After completion of project in 6 years Developer demanding money, then it come to knowledge of landlord that his portioned reduced.

Hello, I had paid my stamp duty last week, which was done via builder. They mentioned incorrect lflat number. Due to this my stamp duty Challan got generated with wrongflat number. The wing and Flat number is correctly mentioned in sale deed. Though the registration with the registrar is still to be done. What is the process to get this error corrected. Does it have an impact on loan disbursement

सर ,एक व्यक्ति ने अपने बेटे को 1 बीघा जमीन रजिस्ट्री के द्वारा दी थी , और एक साल बाद बेटे को दी गयी जमीन से लगती हुई शेष भूमि मे से सवा दो बीघा जमीन की रजिस्ट्री उस व्यक्ति द्वारा अपनी पत्नि को रजिस्ट्री के द्वारा दी थी ! परंतु पत्नि के हक मे की गयी सवा दो बीघा जमीन की चौदहवी मे बेटे को दी गयी 1 बीघा जमीन को भी शामिल कर दिया , उक्त सवा दो बीघा जमीन का दाखिल खारिज पत्नि के नाम पर तथा 1बीघा जमीन का दाखिल खारिज बेटे के नाम पर दर्ज हो चुका है! लेकिन अब पत्नि को दी गयी सवा दो बीघा जमीन की चौदहवी मे से बेटे को दी गयी 1 बीघा जमीन की चौदहवी हटानी है भले ही पत्नि। को दी गयी सवा दो बीघा जमीन को सवा एक बीघा ही करना पड़े ! तो ऐसे मे पत्नि को दी गयी सवा दो बीघा जमीन की रजिस्ट्री मे से एक बीघा कम करने के लिए तथा खाता खतौनी मे भी पत्नि के नाम पर दर्ज सवा दो बीघा जमीन को सवा एक बीघा करने के लिए क्या करना होगा !

नमस्कार सर, In previous sale deed - the name of saler asha bisht w/o Govind Singh Rana जबकि correct name is asha bisht w/o Govind Singh Bisht. In current sale deed में भी चैन की डिटेल लिखने में भी यही गलती है । तो अब हमें क्या करना चाहिए?
