Ah yes, because counties and cities that vote to defund the police are so much better. This is what you get when you defund the police, shitty training and cops who only care about a paycheck. Pick one side or another. Either we increase budget for police to provide them with adequate training, ore we defund them and watch all of their knowledge go out the window because they hire cheap cops wanting to earn a buck.

We do not need officers like this. This is disgraceful and disgusting all at the same time and this is why people hate the police because they just don’t know how to do their job and be polite they’re supposed to.

No, this is the the doing of the people and the defund the police movement. many police departments don't have the budget now because of that movement, to train officers properly and to keep their town or city safe. Look up the crime stats for cities that rules to defund the police.
