I came to say the same thing, im beyond pissed to see that cops do this shit all the time and barely get a slap in the wrist. I believe we need to get all states to make it a law that officers must articulate the reason for ANY stop before trying to get or force anyone out of a vehicle. Theres so many instances where if the cops actually stated their reasoning for the stop or contact so many of these instances could be avoided! Im tired of hearing cops say "we'll figure it in a minute" and the other nonsense they say. The cops that tased this young man should be in prison for 15 yrs minimum BECAUSE he's an officer.

Never allow any cop to seize your phone, computer, laptop, tablet, or anything with internet or a camera on it. They could put illegal things like child porn on it and say you did it.

A month ago my psycho biological mother called the cops on me for something obsurd. What makes me sick is she has an extensive criminal history including assaulting law enforcement and they still do her bidding and believe everything she says. Ive since ordered her to never contact me again and since then she has tried making my life miserable. She called and cancelled ride services i had set up to medical appointments because i am disabled and cant drive.

As far as I have found, no. Is not grounds to arrest someone but, I bet they stated he resisted arrest or obstructing since that's always their go to charges when they know they are in the wrong but can't admit it.

Some of these are so hard to watch because the cops escalate the situation instead of using common sense. Kids walking in the street of a residential area and all he could have said was "Hey just walk on the sidewalk" and they'd all be on their way. Instead he escalates the whole situation. THIS is why people hate cops.
