Wand is great, but the three album run of Cory's solo stuff is on a whole different level. I can't believe more people aren't talking about it. Pale Horse Rider and Western Cum are my two favorite albums from their respective years.

Western Cum is one of the best rock records I’ve heard in years. With Wand and now this, Cory really deserves some shine. Hope he gets it.

My band got to support these guys in Falmouth, UK when they toured in 2023. They were amazing live - the crowd were silenced throughout the whole thing. Hope they get more success and play more shows out there and in the UK. Thanks KEXP for playing us out (The Rodians) while we're on the topic. It's been awesome.

Sublime angelic, creamy yet like a sunset vocals and equally sympathetic guitar parts. Everything in it's right place and just enough so the music breathes. The last 30 minutes of this is pure symphonic guitar goodness! Thank you Cory n Co.!

At around 14:00 in when he's playing behind his head and literally does a yoga pose while he solos. I realized that this guy might be my new hero. This band made my day.

Word is the album sprung from a vintage fender amp Corey found but this performance is all about the guitar pickup configurations going into those sweet mesa boogies! Corey rocking the humbucker/p90 in the semihollow, and then the dimebucker in the bridge position of the red strat (a la Kurt Cobain). Also a wild juxtaposition between the wild and wailing Hanson brothers and super stoic rhythm section. Bravo, amigos, bravo.
