Kamagaya is a semi-rural area in Chiba prefecture, not too far from Matsudo. There are many orchards and other agricultural properties in the area. We'll be zig-zagging through the farm lands!

Hi Cory, thank you for this countryside view of Japan. It's a cold, grey day in Scotland and even though it was windy and cold in the video it was lovely to see some sunshine and greenery.

Weather forecast for me says it will be spring warm this weekend (16°C) then cold next week (felt temp under freezing even) and then back up to 17 the week after. Have fun plan your clothing if you want to come to Germany for 2 weeks 😆

Hey Cory, I need some advice and I don’t know if you will see this in time. My fiancé and I have been staying all over Tokyo and we are tired of the business of the city. We spent one night in Kamakura and the laid back feel of the city made Tokyo seem too busy for us. We are thinking of getting a room tonight somewhere north of Tokyo (maybe matsudo, because I’ve seen your videos) or some other town. We just want a more authentic Japan experience and less touristy gimmicks. Any advice on a location?

Uhmmmm Matsudo is hella boring. You can still be in Tokyo but avoid the touristy spots. Higashi Jujo area or Akabane is pretty local. If you go into Saitama, just avoid Kawagoe. It will be insanely packed and full of tourists. Kanamachi might be OK since Shibamata is nearby. Good luck and enjoy the rest of your stay!

@@CoryMay81 We ended up getting a hotel near the train station in Matsudo. We love it here! I had to run to the grocery store and realized it was the one from your tour! Haha We are planning on doing some shopping tomorrow morning and walking around the town for a bit, then we are going to Chiba.
