Hey Brandon, Dallin seems like a super cool kid. He said at the beginning that he's interested in animation and or video game art. I'm a 3D product artist and I would highly recommend you get him set up with Blender and some tutorials. I'm severely dyslexic, but it turns out that a lot of dyslexics think in 3D instead of 2D like most people. That's why 2D concepts like words and numbers get mixed up in our heads, our brains are trying to figure out how they look in 3D so they get flipped around and mixed up. I started learning 3D software in middle school and high school and it changed my life forever! Suddenly I knew what I was good at and what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. So please, get that kid into some 3D classes! It might not be right for him but there is a really good chance he will take it and run with it. :) Dyslexics for the win!

Dallin if you ever still read this; I'm dyslexic too, reading was rough for me at the start.. I got into stories because my father would read them to us as kids; so i kept trying to read things I enjoyed. I'm still terrible at reading textbooks for "school or education" but I've blasted through all sorts of fantasy books that caught my interest. Keep discovering what passions interest you and if 2 years since the video released you're still interested in the same or similar fields then pursue them and enjoy life.

I didn't learn i had a reading disability until i was about 17. Hooray for crowded public schools! My mother also has trouble reading, so when she read to me and it was all really slow and stilted with longer gaps as she fought through words I was just like "this is normal".
