for monthly living expenses, including the dorm roughly around 10,000NTD. it could more or less depending on your lifestyle.

Roughly 10k per month for everything. But this depends on your lifestyle. 😁

If Im not mistaken the hourly rate is roughly at 160/hr. But for English tutors, it is much higher ranging from 250-1000/hr. 😊

When you have your ARC, you can apply for a sim card in any of their network providers (i.e. Taiwan Mobile, Chungwa, Far Eastern). If you prefer a prepaid sim, you can buy at Big King (Filipino convenience store near Kaohsiung Main Station).

@@euqim. ohh thank you po! Hala sayang, 6 months lang ako mag-stay sa Taiwan para sa Huayu Enrichment Scholarship, so feeling ko baka di pa pwede kumuha ng ARC by then :(

I'm looking for a cheap and clean apartment in kaohshiung baka pwede po ako mag ask kung meron po this time. first time ko po na pupunta po ng kaohshiung just to meet my Filipino marketing partner's.
