almost every Polish bank offers an debit plastic card with no charges at all, maybe 1 zloty per month and no comissions

So the living cost would be around 2000 zl which is around 40000inr or 500 euro. Its too high for a country like Poland where minimum wage is just above 500 euro. There must be some cheaper options

minimum money for accomodation in Poland doesnt matter in what university city you need to count as: >1000 zl below only renting a room in flat or dormitory
