Always great to learn more about what to avoid and why! For the redness- I make a homemade version of a product called “tend skin” for my boyfriend. The specific recipe is easy to find with Google. Apply with a reusable cotton round after shaving. Ingredients- crushed aspirin, rubbing alcohol, witch hazel, and I add a little tea tree oil. It’s like a post shave toner to prevent bumps and ingrown hairs. Works well! Use a moisturizer afterwards.

once I switched to a safety razor most of my "burns" went away , also makes shaving more relaxing and enjoyable..not hacking away as quick as you can....great video

Bobby if that red bump after shaving is an ingrown hair starting you can use a product called Tend Skin that will quickly heal it, hair removal treatment centers use that because it works so well, it actually pushes the hair out and gets rid of redness quickly

I add the Madras Lentils to ground beef and yum! To me it really tastes like chili so when I add it to the gb it's great on taco salads or in a low carb tortilla with cheese and sour cream. So good!

back. Idea for meatloaf! Plenty of salt in the madras, but I would still add fresh chopped onion and fresh garlic. I can't eat wheat, so the lentils would make a fantastic substitute for bread in a meatloaf or meatball recipe. Good time saver too. Thanks for the idea.

Thank you for all of your videos. Just switching a few stables that our family uses and I've lost 5lbs and have a lot more energy too. My hubby also gets red bumps too from shavin. He switched to gel cream and tried all different razors. Both he was getting an allergic reaction to. Could be the blades or the cream making those spots. He uses a hypoallergenic gel now which has helped a ton.

Use Teatree oil immediately after shaving. Teatree oil stops irritated skin. It reduces inflammation and cures skin issues such as cuts burns and acne.

Do you happen to know if that will work with insect bites? I have some tea tree essential oil; do I need to dilute it with a carrier oil?

@@eileencarroll6418 absolutely. Helps with bites, burns, ingrown hairs etc. apply about 2-3 times a day. A small drop goes a long way.

Literally been following Bobby for like 8 years now, it's amazing how far he's come, stumbled into him and Art filming at a Walmart in Skokie just outside Chicago, chopped it up for a brief minute. I kinda spooked Art because he quickly put the camera away when I can up from behind, it was hilarious!!🤣

Shaving tip. It’s most likely the shaving cream or soap. I used to use store bought shaving cream but had issues and started making my own shaving soap with Egyptian clay and it really works miracles.

Thanks for the content and more importantly, the knowledge! I'm finding a bit of the stuff you have on the east coast is not out here on the west coast, but I am sure reading more labels. Switched to avocado oil. Wanted the Ghee spray, but don't see it here - found an avocado spray and used it last night on the grill. Made me read labels in local grocery store also - can't believe how much sugar is in our food! Thanks again.

The hack for shaving is: use an electric razor or a type of razors like the ones for trimming. No more bleeding, guaranteed. Phillips have good ones for a good price in amazon.

I use organic oil of oregano to calm any inflammation on my face. Works really fast. It's a natural antibiotic and anti-inflammatory. Just need a small drop and rub it in.

Where have you been? You took the work out of shopping, and it was actually fun. I want to say thank you. I watched about 30 videos, downloaded your app and away I went. Tea tree essential oil might help the rash. Aura Cacia brand is pretty good. If you use though be careful of sun exposure.

Try mixing a skin friendly oil in your shaving cream like jojoba oil and then shave. Also, exfoliate a few days before you plan to shave.

Wet shaving with a single blade. Old school! Takes more time but a bette shave for your face. I started years ago and have zero issues

Bobby, hubby is dealing with that exact red spot you are dealing with. It seems to come with shaving and sometimes it is on both sides. I had him use zinc oxide once a day on it and it does clear it up, but comes back when he stops it. I was about to send him to a dermatologist but we are going to try some of the other suggestions here. Thanks for all your great suggestions!

1. Wash your face with warm water. 2. Apply your shaving cream. 3. Shave. 4. Wash away any remnants of soap on your face. 4. Wash your face with cold water. The colder the better. 1 to will open the pores on face. 4 Will close them and stop from any air contamination enter your skin. Got this from a barber friend of mine. Works still for me since the 90s.

What do you think of using lemon juice or vinegar to keep insulin spikes a bit lower? Does it work? I bought Tessemae ketchup. It has ACV, but the way they combine ingredients, you can’t really tell. Even my wife liked it.

Prep your face with quality lotion and lightly rinse with warm water before shaving. Face should still have a light film of lotion when applying any cream

It might be that we GET more in the US, but I'm telling you right now, as a company - both in the Midwest AND the Southwest - they are completely unresponsive to your communications. They messed up my e mail address and password and could not fix it and would not help me, so I wasn't eligible to place any orders. I just quit the membership. Very frustrating company. When they came out with a new type of golfball a few years ago, they wouldn't even respond to my husband's e mails or calls when he was wanting to order! BAD company.

I dont know if the Keto diet considers salt content in the diet,but I bought the chicken burgers you recommended today, and they are very good. The salt content is 620 per burger which is pretty high. the other brand you recommend that I noticed is high in salt is Rao's marinara sauce. Just an FYI to those trying to keep the sodium low. Dont get me wrong, I follow your advice about most hings, and think it is great what you are doing!

Hey Bobby use water and apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle and use a cotton pad to wipe the area after you shave/ wash your face. It has worked wonders for me. Let me know if you need any more information.

I been following your videos for 2 years and your gorgeous baby. I realky learn a lot and I purchase products from Costco have a store near where I reside. Thank you for the tipo. Only thing is that I am Vegan many problems with whole wheat, Gluten, dairy products can't consumer anything with it. Maybe can you do a video for other people like me. My fiance wants to know what kind of razor and shave soap/cream you use. He uses double edge razors with very good quality artisan soaps and after shaves. It's a rabbit hole that turned shaving from a hated chore to a very enjoyable experience. His skin is healthy moisturized and never gets razor bumps. Just explore the wet shaving community and you'll get happily lost.

Neurologist told me my muscle mass was not good, and I needed more protein. So I went for some of those protein bars Bobby talks about. Bad idea, if you are like me with colon issues. They can cause diarrhea, so stay away from the bars and shakes. Another bad food I got from Trader Joe’s, the Mochi those ice cream balls with sweet rice dough. They can cause a bowl blockedge. Try and get the protein you need from foods you eat. I got those Wild Planet Sardines Bobby showed from Whole Foods. Tasted so good, with 18 grams of protein, and a good source of iodine. Those protein bars I got were just to harsh on my colon.

I thought only organic, 100% grass fed was. We’re trying to eat only clean meat…it’s so hard, everything is so expensive.

I used to get the breakout near my lips after shaving. It took me 20 years to figurout the cause and how to stop the breakouts. The way I ate a male bannana antagonized that location on my face. It especially overreacted with the banana puree. The moment I switched to the female bananas it totally cleared up. And there you have it. Question answered.

Hi Bobby. I shave twice a week. I have my Dad's beard and my Mom's soft skin. I always had the skin-shave-burn on my neck. I'd like to suggest two options. 1. Shave with the grain of the hair not against. 2. Try using shave GEL not cream. I like the sound of another commenter to use tea tree oil, I have but I just don't like the smell of it. Finally made the switch from 3 packets of Splenda for each cup of tea, drinking between 3 - 6 cups per day. I don't weigh myself but notice I feel much better; and where domy bloated tummy go?

@flavcity Bobby. The chin inflammation is likely a staph infection. To curb it from getting worse, apply manuka honey daily and stop shaving for bit.
