Today, I brought a Costco diet food review video after a long time.
I've only prepared products that are eating well from the weight loss period to the current maintenance period!
It's not much, but I hope it helps you guys to do healthy diet :)

Costco's diet menu (It's just a reference)
Breakfast 1: 1/2 ~1 bagel, a little cream cheese, 1/2 apple, 1~2 baked eggs
Breakfast 2: Yogurt bowl and 1 Egg
Breakfast 3: 1 protein bar, americano or soy milk, 1/2~1 apple
Lunch Meal 1: General Meal (Just half the amount you originally ate)
Lunch Meal 2: Sandwich (vegetable, high-quality protein, Subway Sandwiches Recommended)
Snack: 2 pieces of dark chocolate
(If you're not hungry, you don't have to eat and good to drink Americano or hot tea)
Dinner: Salad with smoked salmon or shrimp
