I’ve actually added so many more products to my shopping cart because of these videos that I would’ve never thought of before which means I’m spending more money at Costco on healthy food so yeah, these videos are working. @John-kd1bf The only way to be sure that oats do not have glyphosate (even if they are grown as non-gmo) is to purchase organic, because other oats, gluten free or not, are “finished” with glyphosate to dry them for storage. All plants have lectins. Each plant has its own particular type depending what it is. Soaking grain or fermenting substantially reduces the amounts. We cannot avoid lectins completely. Just know we are all different, some things we tolerate, others we don’t.

Don’t travel with your pillow unless you want to bring bed bugs home 🫣

Authentic -- and delicious -- Alfredo sauce is nothing more than butter, starchy pasta water, finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano, salt and pepper. That's all. It's more about technique than anything else - especially cream of any kind. Lots of recipe videos on KZfaq. 👍

There are 3 other kombuchas currently in the fridge at my Costco: and you mention the Health Ade and the Kirkland but not the humm, the sale price for which sadly just ended. My question for you, Bobby, is: how do you compare Kombuchas with "Added Sugar," per FDA rules, with those without "Added" sugar. I ask because Kombucha's relationship with sugar is unique.

That vinegar is made from corn in the chicken sausage, fyi. And vinegar in the siete puffs- corn. GMO.
