There should be sad days or at least hours as this shows that our soul is cleaning itself. Suppressing emotions leads to illnesses. But I agree it's vital not to live in that rainy mood and cheer yourself up when you feel better.

Hello Tamara! ❤ I am very much like you: melancholic, like to keep inside things which are sad and feel sorry for myself when I am sick. 😅 It's okay to be vulnerable sometimes, these are real emotions, that just brings you more down to earth an closer to your followers. All emotions are beautiful, it shows that we are human beings and not robots being happy 24/7. World is not perfect. I now how you feel. 😬 I had my upper jaw numb dead for 4 hours after a dentist appointment about two months ago. I went to a bakery just after, the shop assistant was sweet and sympathetic ❤ but after that straight home, couldn’t drink without spilling and talk longer without drooling 😂 so feel no embarrassment, it is ordinary 😊 and you still look pretty 😍
